Navien’s NPE-2 family includes NPE-A2 and NPE-S2 models. The homeowner rebate applies to qualifying NPE-2 units; the right model and installation depend on your home.
Talk with JSL about hot-water demand, fuel supply, venting, condensate drainage and the space available for installation.
We’ll discuss the fit before you choose a unit. Final rebate eligibility is determined by Navien.

PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Navien’s CAD $400 homeowner rebate applies only to qualifying Navien NPE-2 tankless water heaters purchased and installed by a licensed plumbing contractor between September 28 and December 31, 2026. Canada only. Residential applications only; new construction and commercial applications are excluded. Products purchased online, through marketplaces or retail stores are not eligible.
The program is first-come, first-served until funding is expended or Navien discontinues it. Navien may modify or terminate the program without prior notice. A quote or installation does not guarantee rebate approval or available funding.
The eligible homeowner at the installation address must submit the request by January 31, 2027. A copy of the purchase invoice and a valid email address are required. The invoice must identify the product, serial number, purchase date, installation address and installing contractor. The unit must be registered for warranty; registration may be completed during the rebate application.
Approved rebates are issued as a Mastercard® Prepaid Gift Card, mailed by February 28, 2027 to the installation address on file. No alternate mailing address or cash substitution. All amounts are in Canadian dollars. Void where prohibited. Navien may verify eligibility and request supporting documents. Additional terms and conditions apply.
